Our approach, as dietitians with a passion for mental health, we utilise evidence-based strategies to support sustainable behaviour change around food. Our practice draws on various well-researched frameworks, such as Cognitive Behavioural Therapy for Eating Disorders (CBT-E), Motivational Interviewing and Dialectical Behavioural Therapy (DBT) approaches. These methods help in fostering a healthier relationship with food and building practical skills for emotional regulation and self-awareness.
